This is a very traditional Portuguese recipe. My mom used to make it all the time and it is one of my dad's favorites.

Ingredients:
8 cups Water
1/2 lb. Linguica or Chourico sausages; chopped
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Chicken flavored bouillon cube
16 OZ Bag of chopped Turnip Greens, frozen
5 Potatoes; chopped
1 can Kidney Beans (optional)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
In a large pot combine water, sausage, butter, bouillon cube and salt. Allow it to boil.
Then add potatoes and turnip greens, bring it to a boil again and then lower heat and cover. Cook for about another 45
min. Stirring ocasionally.
Add kidney beans and heat through for another 15 min.
