Italian Pepper Steak

One of my favorites to eat and make.

Ingredients:

1 package of Beef Eye Round Steaks

1 yellow pepper, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

Mushrooms (as much as you like) sliced

1 large onion, sliced

spaghetti sauce

2 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cubes

Goyas Adobo (with out pepper)

garlic powder or 4 cloves of garlic

salt

bay leaf

red crushed pepper (pimenta)

1 can of beer

Procedure:

In a bowl marinate the steaks with a can of beer, pimenta, bay leaf, salt, garlic powder or two cloves of garlic, Adobo, and 1 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cube. The longer the steaks sit in the marinate the better tasting it is.

Fry the steaks in a tiny bit of oil.

In another pan sauté onions, peppers mushrooms and 1 Chicken Knorr cube. When the onions are golden and the peppers just right, add the sauce and steaks. let simmer and serve.

Note: It goes great with white rice. I like to use the Ragu minced onion and garlic sauce, you may use your favorite kind.
