Vegetable Lo Mein

This recipe is delicious.

Ingredients:

1 Box linguini

1 tablespoon oil

1 onion, chopped

1 head of broccoli cut into florets

1 zucchini, cut horizontally in half slices

1 carrot, chopped

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon vegetable flavored bouillon granules

1 tsp. garlic powder

Procedure:

Prepare pasta according to package - drain and set aside.

Meanwhile in large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat (high). Add onion; cook until tender (8-10 minutes). Add broccoli; zucchini and carrot. Cook until crisp - tender adding 2-3 tablespoons of water if necessary to prevent sticking. Add pasta, soy sauce, vegetable bouillon, garlic powder, and ¾ cup of water. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.

You can add chicken to this recipe if youd like. Add chicken tenders (cut into cubes) and cook them until theyre no longer pink with the onion in the beginning of the recipe. Then proceed with remainder of recipe.
