Meatballs

Ingredients:

-5 t. Parmesan cheese

Pinch of basil

Pinch of fennel

Parsley, Salt and Pepper to taste

1lb chop meat

1lb ground pork

4 eggs

1 to 1 ¼ bread crumbs

Procedure:

Put breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and wet down slightly.  Add spices, meat and eggs and mix together.  Shape into meatballs.  This will be sticky but not runny. 

Brown meatballs in a skillet and add to sauce.  Let cook with sauce 3-4 hrs.

This makes a lot of meatballs and be careful when stirring sauce after meatballs are in because if stirred too rough the meatballs can fall apart.
