Roy's Clam Rice

~ Roy Dias~

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp  Oil 1 Onion (chopped) 1 Can of small clams w/ juice 1 Cup of rice 2 Cups of water(or more if needed) 1 Tbsp tomato paste 1 Tsp hot pepper sauce (optional) Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Saute onions in oil,  add tomato paste and seasonings,  add rice and water and let boil then turn down heat and simmer until rice almost done. Add clams with juice and finish cooking.
