Sweet potatoes in the oven with pineapple slices.
Cut up sweet potatoes into round disks. Put into a buttered
pyrex dish. Put canned sliced pineaples in the same dish in between the potatoe slices. Doesn't matter if the pineaple overlaps
bits of potatoes. Sprinkle some brown sugar over the potatoes and pineaple. Also add the juice of one can of pineaple slices.
Last thing is a few pats of butter over pineaples and sweet potatoes. Cover and bake at 300. Bake until potatoes are tender.
