I found this recipe on-line. Its sounds really good! --Maria
Ingredients:
1 doz. fresh clams 1 lb. lean pork, cubed 1 Tbsp. butter 1 Tbsp. olive oil 2 medium onions, chopped 2 tomatoes,
peeled and chopped 2 bay leaves 1 Tbsp. paprika salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Brown the pork in butter and olive oil (you must use olive oil). Remove meat and saute onions until soft. Add meat and
remaining ingredients and cook gently for 10 minutes. Add clams and cook until clams open. Serve hot with crusty bread.
